I started this business because of my daughter. She began getting car sick at a very young age and not just once in a while. I’m talking regularly, unexpectedly, and usually at the worst possible moments. The very first time it happened, I was a brand‑new mom, overwhelmed, exhausted, and staring at a soaked car seat wondering how on earth I was supposed to clean it. I genuinely thought I had to throw the whole thing away and buy a new one.

But I learned. I figured it out. And I got really, really good at it.

Over time, cleaning car seats became second nature and I realized how many other parents were dealing with the same messes, the same stress, and the same “I don’t even know where to start” feeling. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to keep up and how good it feels when something in your day finally becomes easier.

Fresh & Fastened is built on three things I care deeply about: safety, cleanliness, and zero‑judgment support for busy families.

I use non‑toxic products and every car seat is hand cleaned according to your car seat manufacturer manual and following CPST guidelines. That means I only remove parts the manual allows.
